Club News

Thanks to all the members who came out to the Annual Holiday Bazaar this past Sunday. This event has become extremely popular amongst the local art & craft entrepreneurs and this past Sunday was definitely a great showcasing of not only their goods but our Club! A big note of thanks to our Catering Director, Laura Ridge, for her efforts in making this year's Holiday Bazaar an overwhelming success.

Holiday Events & Parties
If you are interested in hosting your friends, family or clients for a holiday gathering let your family at Oxmoor CC accommodate all the necessary details of the day & do it at the Club.  We still have available dates for parties & if you are interested in using one of our many Banquet Rooms then please contact Laura Ridge, lridge@oxmoorcountryclub.com , to plan the specifics of your holiday get together.  

Pancakes With Santa
Sunday, December 13th
Mark your calendars for the annual visit from Santa Claus to the links of Oxmoor CC!  It has been confirmed with the North Pole that the big guy will be on site, loves to eat pancakes & will be available for selfies...

Golf News

Turkey Shoot-out Scramble
Friday, Nov. 27th 
9:30 AM Start
If you have yet to sign up your foursome for this Friday's Turkey Shoot-out, then please do so NOW!  The entry fee is just $50 per player & includes the tournament purse, golf & carts, skills challenges and a Fish Fry buffet lunch after play.  Members are encouraged to make their own teams, guest are welcome, & will have to use some strategy with each team member having to select a tee shot on a par 3 & par 5 as the ball "in play'.  Please contact the Golf Shop by 4:00 PM tomorrow afternoon if you would like to participate.

Range Notes:
1. Please do not hit from the grass on the practice range when the practice balls are on the mats.
2. The back tee can be used if you absolutely must hit off grass, please ask for a basket of balls & a cart.
3. Replace divots on the short game facility after your practice.

This weekend will be the last weekend to post scores to the USGA Handicap Computer.  I would like to thank everyone who has maintained their handicap for the season & if you would like to have a final card for the year, please stop by the Golf Shop & we will print it for you.  Please note the round leaders as of today:
