On Behalf of the Board of Trustees, I wanted to send a quick note to the membership that as of today Eric Rose is no longer Oxmoor’s Clubhouse Director. We wish Eric the best as he pursues other opportunities. As everyone who attended our town hall meeting in January knows, one of the Board’s primary concerns, and request of our management team, is improved member service and member experience in all areas of the club. Our collective dining experience is chief among those experiences. To that end, we are aggressively pursuing candidates to fill our Clubhouse Director position with an emphasis on our food and beverage operation.

Just a quick reminder to those who are members of the Oxmoor Bourbon Club or those who may be interested in joining the Bourbon Club.

I hope everyone is excited for the official start of Spring this upcoming weekend! Regardless of the temperature changes that we experience we can all know that it will change again within days & there will be many good golf days. The Club will continue with our "winter hours of operation" for the remainder of the month by maintaining the kitchen closed for lunch/dinner on Tuesday but providing a limited hot dog/sandwich & bar service during the day. The Dining Room will be available for member use through the week with our continued hours of operation, so please feel free to join us for a dinner or call us for a carry out. If you haven't been out to experience the Clubhouse & our new dining focus, then your timing is perfect; we have official opened the patio on the Clubhouse Veranda. Please contact us to reserve your table, party or private function as we are looking to make your Club experience the best in town. I look forward to seeing you at the Club.

Icebreaker Scramble
Sunday, March 6th
9:30 AM Shotgun Start
The first event of the 2016 is just a couple of days away & you have until this afternoon to sign up for the fun. We currently have 17 teams committed to playing (names listed below) & teams will compete in a scramble format with each player having to count a tee shot on a par 3 & a par 5, requiring strategic selections while on the course. Teams will be awarded 1st in both gross & net, as well as the 4th place & 12th place gross scores in the field. The entry fee is just $60 & includes; golf, cart rental, lunch & the tournament purse. As always, sugar & spice donuts will be available prior to play as well as game day drink specials & breakfast sandwiches for those who may look for the 'healthier' options. Please contact the Golf Shop prior to 4:00 PM today if you would like to participate & note the lunch menu as well as teams below:
