2. I wanted to thank the membership for granting us the permission to host the 2013 KY Women's Open Championship. I'm very excited to see some of the best female amateurs in the Commonwealth compete over the next two days in tournament competition & hopefully you can make it out to enjoy some quality golf yourself. Also, I would like to thank our Golf Course Superintendent, Mike Coy, & his staff for their efforts in preparing our links into a championship golf course!
Flag Day Results
Congratulations to Rick Turnock for winning the Flag Day competition played in the most challenging drizzle to hit Louisville in a few years. Rick golfed his ball under the handicap until the 2nd hole, distancing himself from Kevin Aldred (green#1), Nick Kramer (green#1) & Mark Steurer (greenside bunker#1) for the tournament win.
OMGA President's Cup

The deadline to sign-up for the final leg of the OMGA Annual Match Play Championships' is this Thursday at 2:00 PM. We will post the 1st round tee times by Thursday evening & email to all participants.
