OCC Golf - Sept. 15th

Please Note:
1. Replacing your divot is good for your game.  Repairing ball marks may assist you in making putts.  Raking bunkers can be a meditative exercise.

Congratulations!
I would like to congratulate our General Manager, Richard Schmitt, for accepting his new position at Owl Creek CC as well as thank him for his tenure at Oxmoor CC the past 9 seasons.  It has been a tremendous opportunity to work alongside Richard during some of our best/worst times in the Club history & his vision, commitment & leadership has been instrumental in rebranding our Club in the Louisville golfing community.  Please make sure that you stop by the Club over the next 10 days to thank him for his service & wish him the best as he embarks on a new chapter in his career!

Hole In One!
Congratulations to Mr. Mark Steurer for recording the perfect shot on hole #8 last weekend from 155 yards using a 7-iron.  By all witnessing accounts, the shot never left the flagstick & took 1 bounce and went directly into the hole, for his 3rd ace of his golfing life (2nd on #8) which have all occurred on the links of Oxmoor CC!
